Paolo’s Pizza Bar Menu

Our menu includes authentic Italian pizzas, pasta, gelati and antipasto and we comply with the very specific rules set by the Association Verace Pizza Napoletana (True Neapoletana Pizza Association) that must be followed for an authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Rule 1 – the base must be hand-kneaded and must not be rolled with a pin or prepared by any mechanical means _i-pizzaioli – the pizza makers – make the pizza shape with their hands by rolling it with their fingers).

Rule 2 – The pizza must not exceed 32 centimetres in diameter or be more than a third of a centimitre thick at the centre.

Rule 3 – topping should not exceed 4 in total.

Please note that Paolo’s does not make ‘half and half’, ‘Reef and Beef’, ‘Supreme’ or ‘The Lot’ and the pizza will not exceed 32cm (12″) in diameter.

At Paolo’s you can dine in or takeaway. We are also fully licensed but you can BYO wine.

Paolo’s Pizza Bar is open for dinner from 5pm to late seven days a week during school holidays and Tuesday to Sunday at other times.

We also open for breakfast on weekends from 8am to 11am.
